Insurance, neighbours and remote cameras all have a role, but none of them replaces a structured walk-through. Our inspection focuses on visible, practical warning signs: water where it should not be, loss of heating, unusual smells, damaged access points or evidence of pests.
Every visit is recorded with dated photographs and a short written summary. When an urgent visible issue appears, we contact you using the agreed method. The report also helps owners compare conditions over time.
We do not claim to perform a structural survey, security patrol or certified technical inspection. Where specialist assessment is needed, we identify the concern and can help coordinate access for an appropriate contractor.

Important details
Is this a security service?
No. It is a scheduled property-condition inspection, not continuous guarding, alarm response or a substitute for police or emergency services.
Can the report be sent to an overseas owner?
Yes. Reports and photographs can be sent by email, making the service suitable for owners who live or work outside Hungary.
Will you enter if there are signs of a break-in?
Safety comes first. We do not enter a property that appears unsafe; we contact the owner and, where appropriate, the relevant authorities.
