Do you organise repairs?
We can coordinate an agreed repair or service visit, but we do not order paid work without the owner's prior approval.
How do you access the property?
Key handover and access rules are agreed in writing during the initial assessment. Keys are never labelled with a full property address.
Can you prepare the home before arrival?
Yes. Depending on the agreed plan, this can include a pre-arrival inspection, ventilation and coordination of cleaning or garden work.
