A local pair of eyes for your second home
A holiday home may stand empty through storms, frost, heat and periods of heavy vegetation growth. Regular visits make it more likely that a visible problem is noticed while it is still manageable.
We agree a checklist suited to the building and season, inspect the accessible areas and send a photographic summary. Before your arrival, we can also carry out a pre-arrival check and coordinate separate cleaning, garden or exterior-care services when agreed.
Our core area is Tahitótfalu and the Danube Bend, with Budapest and the metropolitan area also covered. More distant locations in Hungary are assessed individually because travel time affects the fee.

Holiday-home care in practice
Do you cover all of Hungary?
Our regular service is strongest in Budapest, the metropolitan area, Tahitótfalu and the Danube Bend. Other Hungarian locations may be possible after assessing travel time and service frequency.
Can you switch utilities on before we arrive?
Where the equipment and written instructions allow it, agreed preparation steps can be included. Safety-critical or specialist systems may require a qualified contractor.
Can cleaning and garden work be added?
Yes. These are separate services and are quoted according to the work required. They can be scheduled to complement the property-care plan.
